Step 2: Customer to enter their Unique Code, Name, Email ID, Mobile Number and click submit to receive OTP. 

For BMS Reward:

Step 3: Customer to enter OTP and will receive a thank you message stating they will receive their reward on their registered mobile number within 24 to 48 business hours.

For Premium Dining Experience:

Step 3: Customer to enter the OTP on the booking tab and select the city, preferred venue, date & time, along with the backup slots, and submit their booking.

Step 4: Our concierge representative will call you 24 hours prior to the booking date and confirm one of the available choices provided. To redeem the experience, show the booking confirmation SMS/Email at the venue.
